• Pricing will proceed from the beginning at an hourly rate until all past, non-invoiced Time Card data and Material Purchases are brought UP-TO-DATE.
• Once the System is fully 'loaded', pricing will revert to a RECURRING MONTHLY PROJECT CHARGE. The Monthly rate will be in effect until either party provides a 30-day notice of either cancellation and/or Price Increases.
• The MONTHLY PROJECT BASED CHARGE will be recalculated each Month - based on the Average number of employees reporting on Time Cards each month - an Average of either the 4 or 5 weeks IN that month.
• The Monthly billing ranges, determined by the average number of employees reporting, will be:
1. 'UP TO 4'
2. 'BETWEEN 5 and 8'
3. 'BETWEEN 9 and 12
4. '13 and UP'.
